Disconnected Mobile Windows Hosts

Deployment

Mobile or disconnected windows hosts are typically laptops that infrequently connect to the corporate network either directly or via VPN.

The common use case for this is mobile employees, sales staff, outsourced services or small businesses based on Cloud services.

In this instance a locally available HyperCollector cannot be assumed to be present. Current cyber event data is still required as events being delayed until connectivity to the corporate network is too greater risk, as this can take days or weeks.

Mobile Windows Hosts will send directly to a HyperSec XDR Receiver or a public cloud hosted HyperCollector ("Cloud Collector") that is directly internet accessible using MTLS.

Updates

Updates can be performed by simply cloning the latest version from the repository and then deploying and re-executing the installation.
